Abstract
Abstract HOLLOW REFRACTORY METAL OXIDE MICROSPHERES ARE PREPARED BY IMPREGNATING RESINOUS MICROSPHERES WITH A METALLIC COMPOUND, DRYING THE IMPREGNATED MICROSPHERES, HEATING THE MICROSPHERES SLOWLY TO CARBONIZE THE RESIN, AND IGNITING THE MICROSPHERES TO REMOVE THE CARBON AND TO PRODUCE THE METAL OXIDE.
