Abstract
Abstract Plastic parts are formed against an anodically treated aluminum surface by molding, laminating, etc., to produce laminates useful, after removal of or separation from the aluminum, in providing a plastic surface of a high energy level promoting greater adhesion of deposited metal conductor circuits in the additive process of making printed circuit boards.
