Abstract
Abstract Production of polynucleotides by incubating one or more kinds of nucleoside diphosphate in the presence of one or more kinds of divalent cation with a cultured material of a strain of microorganism rich in extractable polynucleotide phosphorylase and poor in enzymes degrading nucleic acids and nucleoside diphosphates is described.
