Abstract
Abstract Hydrochlorofluorobenzenes defined by C6HaClbFc wherein a is 1 to 3, b is 2 to 4 and c is 1 to 3 with a + b + c 6 and a + b 3 to 5, and mixtures thereof can be used to generate power in a Rankine cycle engine. The compounds are surprisingly thermally stable and have low toxicity.
