Abstract A photosensitive composition comprising as the main photosensitive component a high molecular weight compound containing therein repeating units of the following general formula WHEREIN R1 represents H or CH3, R2 represents H, CN or COOR, in which R represents H or an alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R3 represents -CH CH- or -CH2-CH2-.
