Abstract
Abstract An integrated system for vaporizing cryogenic liquids including a fuel burner for generating hot combustion gases. The gases are directed into a mixing chamber and contacted with a spray of water for producing a heat transfer gas-steam mixture. The mixture is allowed to indirectly heat the cryogenic liquid and condensate formed is recycled for mixing. The firing rate of the burner is controlled in response to the temperature of the gassteam mixture exhaust.
