Abstract THIS INVENTION RELATES TO A METHOD FOR PREPARING MICROCELLULAR ELASTOMERS HAVING INTEGRAL SKINS WHICH ARE SUBSTANTIALLY NON-POROUS, SAID METHOD COMPRISING CONTACTING A MIXTURE OF SPECIFIED POLYOLS WITH METHYLENE BIS(4-PHENYL-ISOCYANATE) IN THE PRESENCE OF A BLOWING AGENT AND A CATALYST SYSTEM CONSISTING OF A TERTIARY AMINE, AN ORGANOMERCURY COMPOUND, AND AN ORGANOLEAD COMPOUND.
