Abstract
Abstract In an inverter circuit including a pair of input terminals with a constant potential difference therebetween, a gate-controlled diode connected between each input terminal and a load terminal, the combination of an inductor to limit the rate of current rise in each diode, a capacitor in parallel with each diode to limit the rate of voltage rise across each rectifier, and a means of recovering the stored energy in the capacitor.
