Abstract
Abstract Improved metallizations for formation of conductors on substrates, comprising (1) copper, and (2) palladium or palladium oxide, wherein the ratio of Cu to Pd (as metal) is up to 2.5/1 (by weight). Also substrates having such metallizations fired thereon, and capacitors thereof.
