Abstract This invention covers a process for making a nutrient-promoting culture or soil conditioner for application to natural soil and other media employed in agricultural and horticultural operations by utilizing a controlled sequence of natural organic reactions involved in the process of reduction of plant foliage to a nutrient-promoting culture.
