Abstract
Abstract Anionic complexes of quaternary ammonium salts having an ethylenically-unsaturated radical and a lipophilic radical covalently linked to the quaternary nitrogen atom are disclosed. These anionic complexes are useful as monomeric emulsion stabilizers.
