Abstract

Abstract A seedling grower and a method of planting seedling cultivated in the seedling grower are disclosed. Said seedling grower is characterized by comprising a plurality of cells arranged in lattice form and formed by adhesively bonding together wall members made of a material such as paper, being collapsible when not in use and being able to be stretched into a spread lattice form from the collapsed state. Each of said cells is adapted to contain earth and cultivate a seedling therein.

Total Claims: 4
Claim 1
Independent Claim 117 words
A seedling grower for cultivating seedlings, comprising: a plurality of Z-shaped members bonded together at each end portion by a water-soluble adhesive agent in a lattice network to form cells in which seedlings are disposed in a growing medium, wherein one leg of said Z-shaped members is shorter than the other leg thereof, the shorter leg of one Z-shaped member being bonded to the longer leg of a second Z-shaped member and the longer leg of said one member being bonded to the longer leg of a third Z-shaped member adjacent the junction thereof with the cross piece connectiNg both legs of said third members, said first, second and third members together forming one of said cells.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 117 words
