Abstract
Abstract Homogeneous liquid stabilizer compositions are provided which are useful with polyvinyl chloride resins to impart improved antistatic and antifogging properties in addition to stabilizing the resins. The stabilizer solutions are obtained using a specific procedure for blending the individual stabilizer components.

The method of claim 1 wherein in effecting the solution of (a), (b), and (c) the temperature does not exceed about 165*C and (d) is added to the hot solution and blended therein while the temperature is decreased to about 130*C or below within a 1-hour period.
