Abstract
Abstract A method of preventing the caking of hardened oil coated particles which comprises allowing particles consisting of a core material coated with a coating agent predominantly of a hardened oil having a melting point of 45*- 85*C., to stand for at least 20 hours at a temperature exceeding 25*C. but lower than the softening point of the hardened oil to thereby stabilize the crystal structure of the hardened oil and thereafter adding to the coated particles a caking inhibitor, in an amount of 0.3 - 5 percent by weight based on weight of the coated particles.
