Abstract
Abstract A method of continuously producing an expanded foodstuff by entraining a material food stuff in a pressurized heated gas stream in a suspended condition, thereby heating and conveying said material, and then discharging the heated material into a gas atmosphere at a lower pressure, whereby said material is expanded.
