CARBON BLACK IS DISPERSED IN THE RESIN PARTICLES IN AMOUNT SUFFICIENT TO GIVE THE RESIN-CARBON BLACK MIXTURE A CARBON BLACK CONTENT IN THE RANGE 12% TO 18% BY WEIGHT.
