Abstract
Abstract A deposition process and product obtaining a coating on an object of a poly-para-heterocyclic-xylylene polymer wherein a dimer is vaporized in a front portion of the chamber obtaining diradicals of para-xylylene, and deposited on a surface of the object in a third portion of the chamber thereby obtaining a coating of the poly-para-heterocyclic-xylylene polymer on the surface of the object.
