Abstract
Abstract The invention is directed to a camera having flashbulb attachment connected therewith. The bulbs are ignited by a mechanical trigger associated therewith and tensioning means are secured to the base so that upon release the impact produces ignition of the flashbulb. With the camera there is a shutter arrangement provided with a point of attachment from which the mechanical force necessary for release of the impact member may be obtained.

An attachment device for securement to a camera case to provide for a flashable attachment to the camera for taking flashlight photographs, means to secure the attachment to the camera case, a camera shutter means, means for controlling and releasing the camera shutter at selectable time periods thereby to expose a film within the camera, a flexible cable, means for activating the shutter for photographic purposes, a flashlight device having at least one bulb ignitable by impact action, an initially tensioned impact body means for effecting ignition of the bulb, means on the camera case to provide for atTaching the activator control cable thereto, said flexible power transmission cable having one end piece thereof coupled to the attaching means on the camera case to provide a point of attachment on the side of the camera, and means provided through the cable for controlling the release of the tensioned impact body to provide the power to ignite the flash lamp and control the shutter.
