Abstract THERE IS PROVIDED A NOVEL METHOD OF PRODUCING INJECTABLE CARRIER COMPOSITIONS FOR RADIOACTIVE COMPOSITIONS WHICH ARE CHARACTERIZED BY HIGH STABILITY AND LONG SHELF LIFE. IN PARTICULAR THOSE COMPOSITIONS ARE DIRECTED TO THOSE REQUIRING THE ABSORPTION OF THE APPROPRIATE RADIO TRACER ONTO A COLLODIAL SUBSTANCE SUCH AS COLLODIAL SULFUR AND COLLODIAL FERRIC HYDROXIDE.
