Abstract
Abstract A surgical tool which comprises a surgical scalpel containing on one end thereof a scalpel blade. On the shaft thereof a series of metered markings for the purpose of longitudinal measurement and on the other end of the shaft a device for measuring the circumferential diameter of an orifice or mouth of a tube or duct.
