THEY ARE PREPARED BY HYDROLYSIS OF THE CORRESPONDING 5-ACETAMIDO-DERIVATIVES AND OPTIONAL SUBSEQUENT ALKYLATION, IN ANY ORDER. THEY CAN BE INCLUDEED IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS IN DOSAGE UNIT FORM IN. AMOUNTS OF FROM 50 TO 500 MG.
