Abstract
Abstract A method of manufacturing articles from webbing includes the steps of impregnation of selected areas with urethane under hydrostatic pressure and forming fastening apertures in the impregnated areas. The method is particularly useful in the fabrication of a diving weight belt for use with helmet, or hard hat, diving equipment. The belt made according to the method is a new and useful article having improved salt water deterioration resistant properties and added strength especially around the fastening apertures.
