Abstract
Abstract A packaged product of an article, which is liable to be marred on the surface or which is not allowed to form even a slight disorder on the surface, and a process for producing the said packaged product. The packaged product is obtained by use of a relatively soft foamed plastic, which can protect the surface of the packaged article more successfully than in the conventional heat shrinking packaging process using a film or in the conventional packaging process using a foamed plastic without heat-shrinking. The packaging process of the present invention has not only overcome the drawbacks of the said two processes but also provided unexpected effects.
