Claim 3
Dependent Claim
39 words
The device defined in claim 1 wherein said vertically pivotal arm is yieldably mounted on said head and maintained in a selected scraping position by means of an adjustable spring extending from said head and bearing against said arm.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
50 words
The device defined in claim 1 wherein a receiving chamber is formed on said framework in which a yieldable support is mounted against which said handle bears, said handle having an elongated longitudinal port formed therein, and anchoring means extending through said port and through aligned ports in said framework.
