Abstract A method and apparatus for processing a hydrogen fluoridecontaining, analyzed catalytic fluid, separating therefrom a hydrogen fluoride-water phase and recycling or disposing of said phase in response to the concentration of water in the analyzed fluid relative to a desired value of said concentration.
