Abstract ORGANOLEPTICALLY BLAND SOYBEAN MEAL IS PREPARED BY EXTRACTING GROUND, UNHEATED, UPRESSED SOYBEANS WITH CONCENTRATED ETHYL ALCOLHOL FOLLOWED BY A MIXTURE OF CONCENTRATED ETHYL ALCOHOL AND CHLOROFORM.
