Abstract
Abstract Oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons using oxygen and halogen and a catalyst of FeAxMoy with x being from 0.01 to 0.5 and y being from 0.001 to 0.1 and A being calcium, magnesium, strontium, barium or mixtures. n-Butane is dehydrogenated to a mixture of butadiene-1,3 and vinyl acetylene using a catalyst containing Fe, Mg, Ca and Mo.
