Abstract
Abstract A castable illuminant containing a particulate mixture of fuel and oxidizer held together by an energetic plastisol type binder. A process of preparing devices containing the aforesaid composition wherein such ingredients are distributed into a viscous mass, poured directly into an end-item container, and thermally cured in a state ready for use as an illuminating device.
