Abstract ANTI-MYCOTIC COMPOUNDS AND SALTS ARE PROVIDED WHICH ARE A,A-DISUBSTITUTED BENZYLIMIDAZOLES OR SALTS. PREPARATIONS IN VARIOUS DOSAGE FORMS ARE DISCLOSED CONTAINING 0.5-10% OF ACTIVE COMPOUND. A RESPRESENTATIVE COMPOUND IS CYCLOHEXYLPHENYL-4-PYRIDYL-1-IMIDAZOLYL-METHANE. THE COMPOUNDS ARE ACTIVE AGAINST BOTH HYPHOMYCETES AND YEASTS ARE CAMPATIBLE WITH WARM-BLOODED ANIMALS.
