Abstract A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR APPLYING A FOAM INSULATION AROUND THE OUTER PERIPHERY OF A PIPE WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY PROVIDING AN OUTER SEAMLESS SLEEVE OR JACKET AROUND THE APPLIED FOAM INSULATION. THE METHOD AND APPARATUS APPLIED THE FOAM AND JACKET AT THE SITE OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE PIPE, SUCH AS IN A PIPE LINE, OR THE LIKE.
