Abstract
Abstract In a television receiver which receives color television signals including carrier chrominance signals, the passage of the carrier chrominance signals is controlled by means of a continuous subcarrier phase-shifted in a specified phase angle, the resulting signal is added to the subcarrier to partially phaseshift the subcarrier, and the signal thus obtained is used to demodulate the carrier chrominance signal, thereby to ensure the reproduction of a color signal corresponding to a specified hue.
