Abstract A MANIFOLD IMAGING SYSTEM WHEREIN A COHESIVELY WEAK PHOTORESPONSIVE IMAGING LAYER IS SANDWICHED BETWEEN TWO SHEETS. THE IMAGING LAYER IS EXPOSED TO A PATTERN OF ACTINIC ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION AND AN ELECTRIC FIELD PROVIDING UPON SEPARATION OF THE SHEETS A POSITIVE IMAGE ON ONE SHEET AND A NEGATIVE IMAGE ON THE OTHER.
