Abstract A wall unit having integrally formed surface panels and a foam core encloses supports and positions hot and cold water pipes and drain and vent piping along with electrical wiring. Window and door openings in said panel are defined by thin lightweight frames. The wall unit comprising a bearing wall dependent upon a rigid foam core with plastic facings.
