Abstract
Abstract Chemical and physical methods and apparatuses have been employed to impart permanently bulked configuration to cellulosic and certain non-cellulosic yarns. This has been accomplished by passing the yarn through an electrostatic field either before or after impregnating the yarn with certain chemical crosslinking formulations.
