A process for forming and assembling the puzzle is also provided which includes the steps of applying a puzzle in sheet form to the surface of a cylindrical support member, the puzzle being applied in conjunction with a transparent plastic sleeve element which overlies and retains the puzzle in overlying and conforming relationship to the support element.
