Abstract DYES ARE BLENDED WITH A ZINC OXIDE AND RESIN MIX BEFORE APPLICATION TO A PAPER OR OTHER PRINTING BASE FOR ELECTROSTATIC PRINTING. THE DYES ARE SELECTED TO RENDER THE PAPER ESSENTIALLY PANCHROMATIC, WHEREBY DIRECT BLACK AND WHITE PRINTS ARE MADE AT LOW COST FROM A COLOR TRANSPARENCY.
