Abstract A FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM IN WHICH ONE OR MORE DISCHARGE HEADS ARE ADAPTED TO BE ACTUATED IN RESPONSE TO A FIRE CONDITION TO DISPERSE A FLUID SUPPLIED THERETO BY A FLUID FLOW LINE. AFTER A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF FLUID IS DISCHARGED THROUGH THE HEADS, AN INJECTOR INTRODUCE TO THE LINE IN PROPORTION TO THE FLUID FLOW THROUGH THE LINE TO IMPROVE THE FIRE FIGHTING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FLUID.
