Abstract WHERE R and R1 are independently selected from monovalent hydrocarbon radicals, R9, R10 and R11 are selected from the class consisting of hydrogen, alkyl radicals and aryl radicals, A is selected from hydrogen, alkyl radicals, aryl radicals and amino alkyl radicals, j varies from 2 to 20, w varies from 1 to 500 and varies from 0 to 2.
