Abstract POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE IS CONDENSED ON THE SURFACE OF A TEXTILE FILAMENT BY HEATING THE POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE IN A VACUUM TO FORM THE VAPOR PHASE AND PASSING THE FILAMENT THROUGH THE VAPOR SO OBTAINED WHILE ROTATING THE FILAMENT ON ITS AXIS.
