Abstract

Abstract This invention is directed primarily to an elongated hollow substantially rigid member adapted to receive the shaft of an umbrella, and having an elongated filament slidably connected with said elongated hollow member and extending the length of said hollow member, said filament having the central portion thereof formed as a loop adapted to surround the wearer by going over one shoulder and under the opposed arm of the wearer, and the terminal ends thereof surrounding the waist of the wearer; and, means for securing said terminal ends. Also included within the invention is means adapting the elongated hollow member to receive umbrella shafts of different diameters, and insertable means releasably securing the umbrella shaft within the elongated hollow member.

Claim 6
Dependent Claim 16 words
The device of claim 1 together with means securing an umbrella shaft in said hollow member.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 16 words
The device of claim 1 together with releasable shaft clamping means insertable in said hollow member.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 64 words
A body Umbrella Holder comprising an elongated hollow member, opposed guideways positioned exteriorly of said hollow member and adapted to receive an elongated filament, an elongated filament extending over one shoulder of a wearer and under the opposed shoulder, said guideways receiving said filament, the terminal ends of said filament surrounding a human body at the waist, and releasable means securing said terminal ends.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 64 words
A body Umbrella Holder comprising an elongated hollow member, opposed guideways positioned exteriorly of said hollow member and adapted to receive an elongated filament, an elongated filament extending over one shoulder of a wearer and under the opposed shoulder, said guideways receiving said filament, the terminal ends of said filament surrounding a human body at the waist, and releasable means securing said terminal ends.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 83 words
A body holder comprising an elongated longitudinally separable hollow member, an elongated filament, a loop formed by the central portion of said filament, opposed portions of said loop longitudinally slidably connected with said hollow member, said loop adapted to surround a human body and having one portion thereof under one shoulder of the wearer and the opposed portion thereof over the other shoulder, the terminal ends of said filament surrounding a human body at the waist, and releasable means securing said terminal ends.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 83 words
A body holder comprising an elongated longitudinally separable hollow member, an elongated filament, a loop formed by the central portion of said filament, opposed portions of said loop longitudinally slidably connected with said hollow member, said loop adapted to surround a human body and having one portion thereof under one shoulder of the wearer and the opposed portion thereof over the other shoulder, the terminal ends of said filament surrounding a human body at the waist, and releasable means securing said terminal ends.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 91 words
A body umbrella holder comprising an elongated hollow member and elongated filament, a loop formed by the central portion of said filament, the terminal portions of said loop longitudinally slidably connected with said hollow member, said loop adapted to surround a human body and having one portion thereof under one shoulder of the wearer and the opposed portion over the other shoulder, the terminal ends of said filament surrounding a human body at the waist, releasable means securing said terminal ends, and releasable shaft clamping means insertable in said hollow member.
Claim 13
