Abstract
Abstract An electro-optic filter is disclosed having a Fabry-Perot structure including an electro-optic medium whose index of refraction varies as a function of the intensity of an electric field applied to it, means for applying an electric field to the medium, and means for varying the intensity of the electric field to shift the spectral response characteristic and optimum transmissivity range of the structure.
