Abstract
Abstract The sandal is made of a foam rubber or a foam plastic sole within which a central portion of a single-piece fastening strip of a non-moldable material is embedded. The sole is manufactured in a mold having lateral recesses for insertion of the fastening strip prior to the molding process.
