Abstract
Abstract Various polymers, such as polyacetal, polyolefine, polydiolefine, polyamide, polyurethane polyester, polyether, polyvinyl and polyhaloolefine are stabilized against heat, light and oxygen by adding thereto at least one pyrimidine base such as cytosine, cytidine and uracil.
