Abstract
Abstract Imidazole derivatives of the formula: WHEREIN R represents hydrogen or alkyl of one through four carbon atoms, R1 represents hydrogen, alkyl of one through five carbon atoms, or hydroxy, and R2 represents hydrogen or alkyl of one through five carbon atoms, possess anti-protozoal activity, especially against the pathogenic protozoa of amoebiasis and trichomoniasis.
