Abstract A COMPOSITION OF MATTER SUITABLE FOR REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS SUCH AS GYPSUM AND THE LIKE COMPRISING A SALT FORMED FROM A BASE AND AN ORGANIC ACID HAVING FROM 2 TO 12 CARBON ATOMS INCLUSIVE AND WATER.
