Abstract
Abstract A STRIPPABLE RELEASE COMPOSITION IS PREPARED BY APPLYING A SILICONE-ALKYD RESIN TO A BASE SUBSTRATE, CURING THE RESIN, AND APPLYING A POLYOLEFIN FILM TO THE CURED RESIN LAYER. THE FILM ADHERES SUFFICIENTLY TO THE CURED SILICONEALKYD RESIN FOR FURTHER PROCESSING, SUCH AS FOR ADDITION OF SUBSEQUENT LAYERS. THE FILM IS READILY RELEASABLE FROM THE SILICONE-ALKYD RESIN WITHOUT DISTORTION OF EITHER SUBSTRATE, FILM, OR SUBSEQUENTLY ADDED LAYERS.
