A NIOBIUM CARRIER STRUCTURE IS FORMED. A NIOBIUM LAYER IS FORMED BY MOLTEN BATH ELECTROLYSIS. THE FORMED CARRIER WITH LAYER IS THEN DEGASSED UNDER HIGH VACUUM.
