Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 12 words
A process according to claim 1, wherein said refractory material is tungsten.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 33 words
A process according to claim 1, wherein said high electrically and thermally conductive material is in an amount of from about 50-80 percent by weight of said body, the balance being tungsten carbide.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 30 words
A process according to claim 1, wherein said high electrically and thermally conductive material is in an amount of from about 50-80 percent of said body, the balance being molybdenum.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 37 words
A process according to claim 1, wherein said material of high electrically and thermally conductive material is copper in an amount of from about 20-50 percent by weight of said body, the balance being said refractory material.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 20 words
A process according to claim 5, wherein said refractory material is taken from the group consisting of tungsten and molybdenum.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 34 words
A process according to claim 1, wherein said high electrically and thermally conductive material is copper in an amount of from about 25-50 percent by weight of said body, the balance being tungsten carbide.
