Abstract
Abstract Process for producing dyeable polyolefin which comprises graftcopolymerizing a vinyl monomer containing at least one basic nitrogen atom with a polyolefin to an extent more than half the amount to be included in the final graft-copolymerized polymer and then reacting an acidic vinyl compound with thus graftcopolymerized product, preferably in the graft-copolymerizing system. This dyeable polyolefin has excellent dye affinity to acid dyes while retaining excellent mechanical properties of polyolefin.
