Abstract
Abstract The reduction of N-((N'', N'' -disubstituted amino)alkyl)adamantane-1-carboxamides affords the corresponding diamines, which are acylated to yield N-acyl-N-((N'',N''disubstituted amino)alkyl)-1-adamantylmethylamines. The latter compounds are useful as pharmacological agents, as is evidenced by their anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-spasmodic properties.
